    I'll buy that. :good

    In fact i'll go one step further & say i would favour Charles who fought Marciano twice & the Walcott who lost his title to Marciano to beat Dempsey, despite their age.

    Ali was out-muscling the supposedly stronger George in every clinch in Zaire.

    Precisely. In this kind of thread,there are some that are tempted to say anything to provoke a reaction. Weaver was a good fighter,but hardly on the level of the 70's finest,such as Ali,Foreman,Frazier,Norton and Young.

    I second that,Red. Johnson was capable enough but was n't in the same league as prime Conteh.
