Didnt know about the KO, i was also pretty certian that Vea busted his nose in the Siale fight which was before he lost to McCracken. His nose looks alright in the footage

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YKtB8hePuME[/ame]

Then is busted during the fight. Did McCracken also bust his nose? It may be a good fight but Cameron is alot more experianced and should win easly.

In Regards to Tarver, he is in big trouble any way i look at it. Watch that sparring footage and take note of how low he is putting is head down to avoid punches, this is not good technique and he will be wide open to an overhand "Danny Green hit you on the back of the head" knockout punch. Each time i see him doing it i think to myself that Dannys going to use this to his advantage and its Tarvers biggest mistake, the only chance he is of wining this is if he gets on his bike and boxes the entire night. Dannys not a crafty boxer, he is a stand up , walk forward type boxer, the key to defeating Danny is to outbox him as Beyer did and Mundine did.

Danny is slow, as slow as a wet fart compared to the elites. Against RJJ who was shot, Danny was still slow as fck. The mistake RJJ made is he underestimated Danny, he got complacant and allowed himself to be put on the ropes in a corner, he also put his head down to low allowing the punch to hit him behind the ear at the back of the head area. CHIN TO CHEST, not eyes to floor or your going to eat a Back of the Head Danny Green KO punch with loaded gloves

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BfkXMFUuWm8[/ame]

Tarver must be on crack or something, what he says dont make much sence...

It takes more energy to stand their and punch, blow for blow, toe to toe than it does to get on your bike and box. Muay Thai fighters in Thailand dont last long because their sport is nonstop combat, there is no running or dancing around the ring, they are penalized for doing so and warned by the referee, the slightest break in action and the ref is onto them to start trading and not to stop.

The injurys sustained to the bodys etc, just dont enable some of these guys to remain in the sport at an elite level for very long, the damage takes its toll. In boxing its not so bad but its a very similar story. Punchers dont last long, boxers do.

Tarver is going to stand his ground, dip his head and get knocked out by an overhand right. Must be in the script

Correct Stiffy. Green broke Vea's nose in sparring just prior to the McCracken fight, and unfortunately Vea went ahead with the fight with a busted snoz.....and lost.

I raise many valid points, to every 20 points i raise your barely able to present 1 :nut and have the gaul to claim i am deluded. Whats your reason for supporting a bloke who wont fight anyone in the CW division thats a current champ, fights a bloke with brain injurys, then siaca, brings out a CW who hasnt fought in 18 months and struggled to take it upto him. Lies about the Briggs fight, lies about life threatning illness, lies about Mundine being insignificant.

If this is something to be admired then good for you, i for one dont admire such deeds and will speak out about such, unlike many people who prefer to close their eyes, hear no evil, speak no evil and see no evil, and instead prefer to Dangle from Dannys nutsack.

There are real champions out there you can follow and support, these guys are the elite of the elite, the same fighters Danny Green will never step foot in the ring with at CW because the day he does so he will be exposed to the entire public and the circus game is OVER!

It doesnt take a rocket scientist to work out when a bloke is paying 1.5 million dollars for a fight against a shot former world title holder/movie star and refuses to pay 1/4 of that to someone like Cunningham that its all just a money grab game and you suckers are the pawns. you enable this sharade to contuine.

The title he garners and sleeps with at night has no Mandatory defences, this orgnisation is corrupt and has no fair system that enables rated fighters to challenge for the IBO title in said divisions, this can NOT be respected, he cant win the IBF title, WBC or WBA , he cant mix it with real CW at the elite level so he dishes up sht time and time again for you suckers to give him more money..

Briggs, Siaca .. Defeat a Ledgend you become one then fight a bloke with brain damage and a guy whos not even a fckn CW, claiming Mundine is insignificant after defeating RJJ but then he goes and matches up a fight with SIACA to smoke the Man out from his Hole?

are you ****s honestly that deluded you cant see how much this fckwit lies through his teeth? Hope you love my Avatar then

Yep just looked it up, Danny broke VEA nose on 2nd April 2010 , 6 days later he fought McCracken. He should never had been allowed to fight with a broken nose, if proper doctors inspectors had taken place the bout would not have gone ahead, a doctor will not authorize a fighter if he has an existing broken nose. I suspect VEA was hiding the condition from the inspecting doctor at weigh in however i would find it odd that it not already been known as it was reported in the media with photos, no one to blame but VEA.

I know for amateurs, on weigh in you have to have a doctors inspection, blood pressure is checked, a question or two asked, hands are inspected and a reflex test may be done, asking you to squeeze a finger of the doctor etc. They may do other things but i cant recall, i know if you do have any broken or injured bones they wont let you fight. If you have been previously knocked out and it has not been 30 days you can also not fight, its to ensure further damage is not done and to ensure the sport remains safe for combatants involved.

It would all depend if the doctor knew about it or VEA didnt declare it and it did not appear swollen or broken in any way, had the doctor touched it he would have known it was broken but they dont normally inspect your nose at all unless you declare you have had a pre existing injury.

NSW boxing arent to bad, they did knock back the Briggs fight that WA approved by rubber stamping it over the phone when Danny got all ANAL about it on the news with threats of legal action. Totally ignored the fact Pauls trainer revealed the reasons as to why Paul retired in the first place. Then the sparring footage, Hyder knew about it they seen it and phoned Billy Hussein requesting his advice on how they could have it removed from youtube and minimize damage it had caused.

The footage showed a frail Briggs being yelled at by Fenech and Billy Hussein, he was sparring Mitrevski JNR and he was not doing very well at all, the footage was on a mobile phone but your still able to see that its not the same Paul Briggs we are used to watching on the screens. One of the reasons NSW boxing knocked it back was due to that footage. Shocking that Hyder and Co would try and cover it all up, they knew from Day 1 Paul wasnt well and this was just another money Grab fight that should never had gone ahead.

Boxing NSW can only work with the resources available to them. So if no one speaks up or shows evidence otherwise then according boxing NSW everything is all good!:good

tc old m8 i respect peoples opinions who dont care much for green, sox and dr gonzo and even stiflers mum dont care much for the guy, but they are able to be reasonable and respect others opinions, as with most things in life there is an area of grey , not everything is black and white, and this is what you fail to understand, you also seem to suffer from napoleonic syndrome , or small mans disease in lamens terms. I think you confuse yourself with a fascist dictator where everything you say is law because you get angry and agressive when others done agree with you. get help m8

Boxing NSW were the only people who came out looking good out of this whole fiasco.
Unfortunately the same cant be said for the rest of the Australian Boxing industry.
Boxing's integrity took a mega hit here....
