RJJ VS Tarver was like the shock of a lifetime, at that point time there were 3 guarantees in life, you die, pay taxes, and Roy was gonna whoop someone. Until Tarver....

i actually met pryor later at the jcc-whitaker fight and told him about how i felt about the fight. he was really cool about it and offered to buy me a beer. i saw him in a different light after talking to him for a while. cool guy.

I always took jt's losses very hard. Met him in lv one time and he was so nice and kind. Treated me like a friend or family and so when he lost, it felt like a member of my family or friend lost.
I was happy pac beat dlh but I also remember feeling a little old seeing this person I grew up watching look old overnite and just completely outgunned and befuddled.

I'm also a fan of Lebron but seriously he would only have 1 ring by now if he had the mental toughness. No ****in way he gets the job done with those shitty cavs:-(

Well I liked Roy Jones Jr and I watched live his first "loss" to Griffin, I was pissed that he was disqualified. I also saw live Oscar de la Hoya's first "loss" to Trinidad, I was also pissed and couldn't believe he lost that fight. Basically my two favorite fighters when I was younger both got their L in a bull**** manner.

well Hearns was not my hero when I first saw him fight. I saw him get beat by Leonard, but that is why I liked him. He lost and fought harder and continued in a way Ray never did. He didn't play games. But the first time he lost after I admired him was Hagler. It was tax night and I was bummed out.

I was very gutted when Hamed lost to Barrera, I kind of seen his first loss coming before that bout, but didn't really accept it. I just thought he was unbeatable, and somehow he would find a way of knocking his opponent out. I even expected it in the 12th round against Barrera...like I said, gutted.

Pacquiao has no right to kiss Ali, Marciano and Robinsons boots, never mind being mentioned with them :verysad
