    No, I have scrap paper which, if I remember, I type into notepad the next day and save to my laptop. I usually forget though.

    How time changes everything.

    Back in 2008 - Joe was in the back that Vauxhall People carrier with Jo Emma Larvin - on the way to the arena - repeating to Maccarinelli in the front seat to smash Haye up with the right hand. And when they were parked up outside Mickeys Fish and Chip Shop telling him to get that pie and chips down his throat and wash it down quick as he can with the can of Dr Pepper because they had to get to the O2 as qucik as they can cos the fight was only 90 minutes away. And the whole world was waiting.

    Now all this time later he his socialsing with Haye instead of Enzo. :nut

    He once championed Enzo Maccarinelli's cause at the BBC Wales SPOTY. Said that Maccarinelli would be standing on the winners rostrum one day instead of himself. Enzo couldn't have looked any prouder.

    I wonder what he thinks now when he reads today's Independent.

    Remember a year ago Wlad was saying that they were only interested in Haye cos he had the WBA belt and the Klits wanted to hold all 4 belts at the same time?
