This was an embarrassing scoring for any judge of any experince in Championship fights...WTF...a farewell present for Vargas from the judges...WTF....:huh atsch
It's wrong, but Mayorga has been penalized like this for his wild style before. See the Spinks fight. Judges don't like scoring rounds for him, but tonight they had to.
I saw it happening he probably scored those 2 KD rounds 10-9 for Mayorga since he thought Vargas was winning the round
The judge that scored it 113-113 was also probably a fellow fattie and vargas bargained to take him to the sizzler after the fight.
You can only score a KD round 10-9 only and only if it was lobsided round and the fighter get a lucky KD..that was not the case in the 1st nor the 11th....that mean that Vargas won all other rounds...I gave Vargas 3 rounds and had 1 even ther rest was Mayorga
You always get one judge that is crowd influenced. I had the fight 115-111. If Vargas didn't get knocked down in the 11th i probably would've gave that round to Vargas and it could've been a whole different story.
Actually no...the only time you have a less than 10 point max round is if the fighter won the round 10-9 and get a 1 point foul deduction....otherwise still use the 10 point max
