    Same belt Slappy Joe and Hopkins fought for, DUUUHHHH.. Same belt Manny Pacquaio fought Hatton and Barrera for. :nut Same belt Marquez won off of Cassamayor at LW..:patsch

    It's like Bummyluvkin fans are new to the sport. Certain **** that's been done before amazes them.. LOOL.

    Sad thing is, Cotton has a better MW resume than Bummyluvkin.. You can't make this **** up either. :patsch:rofl

    I don't like it either but if Cotto beats Canelo, he'll still be the Ring&Lineal middleweight champion. :conf

    ... and if he doesn't fight Golovkin, then these titles will be WORTHLESS.

    can you show me a picture of this lineal belt? I've never heard of something called a lineal belt, and no, the Ring belt isn't a lineal belt :think

    Undisputed and lineal champions existed seperatly in the same division before, It'll be the same in the MW division too. I'm not sure how It'll work after Cotto retires though.

    So what is a lineal belt?

    Was Pacquaio Barrera, Hopkins-Joe Calzaghe, Marquez-Cassamayor and Pacquaio-Hatton not world title fights? What were they fighting for then? :think

    I guess things work a little bit different in Bumland. LMFAO

    I might be completely wrong here but I think the "lineal" champion is the champion that's recognized by some authority. That authority is the Ring Magazine to my knowledge.
