Find a new gym. I pay $30 with top amateurs as my sparring partners.

Sounds like a straight out robbery.
Even popular gyms like the Wild Card in LA don't charge that much for simple membership.
Around $60 dollars I think. If you're an amateur boxer, prices are usually way less too.

Equipment is provided. Provided, not given to you, and he does individual and collective training drills. Stilnot sure if that's worth $160, though.

50 bucks for my gym, fully equipped with lots of equipment and our gym has recently moved to a bigger place so it's real nice plus my coach and the fighters are really helpful and skilled, people here are nice too.

Most I've ever paid was about $100 a month, and that was for world class Judo

Most I've ever paid for boxing was $80 a month.

You must be getting one on one instruction because that a lot for basic membership.

No exclusive one on one instruction. Coach will come work with you individually for a few minutes, but we're not talking private lessons, here. I don't know how he can justify charging that much. Its outrageous, but unfortunately, its the only gym I know that fits in with my work schedule, and proximity to my house.
