Before I start, I must say that I agree a Mosley fight doesn't make any sense at this point. Prime for Prime though, I would take Mosley over all of these guys except Mayweather. It's just that Mosley's too old now. The answer to your "questions # 1 & 2" is Paul Williams...not Mosley as far as I'm concerned. BUT.... Obviously besides Mayweather, the toughest test for Pacquiao I think based on style, would still be Paul Williams because of his size, reach & work rate combined. The fight that makes the most sense is Mayweather but the slickest, most skillful & talented fighter is reluctant to face his best ever test. Until he grows a pair..... I'd like to see Manny face the winner of Bradley-Alexander. Why would Pacquiao face Mosley instead of the others is the same reason why Mayweather elected to face Ricky Hatton, and at 147lbs on top of that, instead of his real competition as a welterweight back then such as Cotto - Margarito & Williams. Drama aside...it's simply $$$$$.
