Roy Popped dirty and because he was a star and generated money the whole thing was swept under the rug. Roy often fought in cities with lax testing at the time. Here is an hbo fighter and a top draw and p4p fighter - go look at the places he fought. He was clearly juicing and avoiding tests. Similar to how Morrison avoided Vegas for the hiv test. Roy would juice during certain matches throughout his career.
