    Simms usually (I guess, anyways, only times I've seen him) fights at 154. I have seen him look unreal at times, and utter **** at others. So I don't know about that.

    That's Travis Simms. Vincent's talking about his identical twin brother, Tarvis. Or I guess it's possible that it's a typo. Simms really does have an identical twin brother named Tarvis though.
