**** that. Yeah, Dirrell got hit when he was down but it happens in boxing, especially after a slip. How about the bull****, when Abraham was all over him? That should not have been broken up. And the knockdown? That was perfectly clear.

    Bull****.

On another note, Dirrell signalled to the referee after the punch but before being "knocked out". That was nonsense.

Abraham loaded up and knocked him out when he had slipped and fallen on the canvas (nice job by Abraham's corner leaving water there).

That's a DQ period. Doesn't matter if it was intentional or not.

To be fair, he had to get DQ'd but I do think Dirrell was putting it on a fair bit as he was starting to struggle a bit.

Don't be ridiculous. Cheap shot. When you do that you get disqualified. It happens..

Well, the ref did miss an obvious knockdown but Abraham was well behind by my reckoning. It was a very unsatisfactory ending to a fight that still had something left in it. The whole thing was very theatrical and the punch that Abraham landed didn't seem all that much. But Dirrell seemed disorientated. All the ****ing idiots shouting around him didn't really help.

AA just showed what a dummy he is. This ****** doesn't even know the rules of boxing; he thought it was legal to hit someone on the ground.

he was getting his ass kicked and would have lost the fight anyways.....as for the knockdown? i agree with you but think dirrell got screwed out of his second knock down too. dirrell is 2-0 in this tournament in my eyes. and completely outclassed abraham tonight. COMPLETELY

abraham got exposed, as the **** that he was. You can seriously hurt somebody with that ***** move that aa pulled. Dirrell got a family got damn it. aa is a second class champ to the likes of Ward and Dirrell.
