Actually, i see alot of amatuers fighting with the lead hand down right hand up these days and throwing fast pitty patter punches to win rounds.... Abraham throws swings to KO you... Thats not amatuer boxing. Amatuer is about scoring, pro is about KOING Thats wat the king is about!

Even if that would be the case (I think it is not - he can throw all sorts of punches from every angle and has true ring intelligence) - can you criticize him for that? His combination of power and ropeadope defense does work very good for him, doesn't it?

its a matter of opinion and what you like and don´t like...Abraham has a style that obviously works well for him. His attacks is extremely dangerous also...but they happen too rarely. Im not impressed by his workrate and seeing him holding up that double guard for big parts on the fight is just boring to look at for me...its a style that works for AA..I just don´t like that style.
