Sarcasm? Actually it's necessary to cut the extra fat off otherwise you'll spend time burning it when really you should be building muscle.

Like I said, 'if' I eat bacon. About once every two weeks, if that. **** me, some of you are so quick to jump the gun. All I said is that I had a low fat percentage which is true.

You may do, but it isn't 1-3%, the fact you're replying to this thread proves that. You're probably around 8% at the lowest.

If your doctor told you your body fat is between 1 and 3% he's a ****ing idiot. He doesn't even know that at that level you'd be dead? Wow. I'd find a new doc, mate.

Read up on essential body fat. Maybe you'll get it then and stop living in a dream world.

Two separate doctors actually. With medical qualifications n' that, you know? I'll listen to him and not some bloke from down the gym. My fat percentage is 3% or lower.

:patsch Are you being serious? I'm glad I don't live by you, ****ing hell.

Seriously though, I'm not making this stuff up, 3% you'd be dead or in a coma. Which part of this don't you understand? It really doesn't matter what your doctors told you, what you're claiming isn't possible.

So far you've given me no proof other than your word, which isn't. Doctors are proof.

    Which part of this don't you understand?: super fast m e t a b o l i s m. Look up that word.

yes i couldnt be arsed searching properly so this is off of wikipedia only because iv posted similar articles twice in the past !

ANYTHING BELOW 5 % is ESSENTIAL what is it about the word essential people arnt getting! YES body builders have been known to go lower however they do not and cannot maintain it, in some cases that fat % is only extrememly low for a few hours of competition. And they cant even measure it properly at that time SO there just guessing too!

If you do have 3 % bodyfat you are extremely unhealthy and would be weak and in danger of slipping into a coma and dying by maintaining it

    either thats true

    or

you dont really know what your BF % is looked in the mirror saw you were skinny and thought yeh im a bout 3 % :patsch

Different cultures value different body compositions differently at different times, and some are related to health or athletic performance. Levels of body fat are [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epidemiology"]epidemiologically[/ame] dependent on gender and age.[2] Different authorities have developed different recommendations for ideal body fat percentages. The table below describes different percentages but is not a recommendation (from the American Council on Exercise).[3]:
Description Women Men Essential fat 10-13% 2-5% [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sportsperson"]Athletes[/ame] 14-20% 6-13% Fitness 21-24% 14-17% Average 25-31% 18-24% [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Obese"]Obese[/ame] 32%+ 25%+ Essential fat is the level below which physical and physiological health would be negatively affected. Controversy exists as to whether a particular body fat percentage is better for one's health; athletic performance may also be affected. The leanest athletes typically compete at levels of about 6-13% for men or 14-20% for women. Bodybuilders may compete at ranges even lower than these levels. Certified personal trainers will suggest to male bodybuilders that they aim for a body fat percentage between 2–4% by contest time[[ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Citation_needed"]citation needed[/ame]]. However it is unclear that such levels are ever actually attained since (a) the means to measure such levels are, as noted below, lacking in principle, and (b) 3% is generally considered a physiological minimum for human males.

I admit the article i posted last time was loads better but i cant find it and im too tired to bother

    Ignorance is bliss :good

How did he test you? Calipers? LMAO!

Docs cannot just look at you and know your bodyfat and all those electronic things are absolute bull****. Hydro testing is the best thing out there today and they are not something some doc offers. You have to go and pay someone to test you.
