Abs mostly genetic ?

    Then what is it? It's not muscle, I stopped lifting and working out except for a jog and situps for like two years when I had that travelling lifestyle, no gym.

    What are you gaining if its not fat? Is there something besides muscle and fat you can gain? Water is certainly a part of it, but I was never dehydrated at 128 lbs, it was a walking around weight. Do you gain connective tissue and cartillidge? I don't know...

    Right now I've lost fat and I'm back down to like 132 or so, working out hard for about 4 months. I feel like there was much much more fat distributed at 138 lbs in my face, in my shoulders, in my back, that just wasn't there at 128. I don't know, that's why I think it was sub 7% for sure at 128, I had way less fat throughout my body. No matter what, my stomach even at those low levels is not super super ripped in the lower abdominal region, and never will be. I just think it highly unlikely that a more sedentary lifestyle from working out like 15 - 18 hours a week would promote muscle growth in addition to fat gain, when I lost size on my arms, neck, chest, and gained about 3/4 of an inch or more on my stomach.

    You're just making assumptions without knowing facts. The extra weight could have been glycogen and water -

    Your body fat really is not as low as you like to brag about.

    Alright, I'm about 2-3%. If I eat a lot on one day I can go up to about 6%, most days it's 3% and if I starve myself or have a cold it's around 1.5%.

    Bodyfat is like muscle, looks can be deceiving but it doesn't fluctuate like that unless you severely reduced carbs, water and salt intake for a few days, after which you might encounter serious health issues.

    Arg, you got me ****ers :D

    128*10% = 12.8

    12.8 + 10 lbs of fat = 22.8

    22.8/138 = 16.5% bf

    14%-16% seems about right
