Its quite clear whatever way adam booth trains his fighter that it increases their power. His 3 main fighters all had big punches. But I reckon a lot of it has to do with booth. Andy Lee was never known as a puncher until he teamed up with booth. And George groves clearly has lost power since leaving booth. Anyone else reckon this.

Booth is deffo a quality trainer, what puzzles me is why he doesnt have many fighters.
Is he a knob as a person? Any inside info would be appreciated.

Probably wants to give his fighters 100% of his time, and not have quantity over quality.

Easily the best trainer in this country.

He seems like he could be difficult. Met him a couple of times and he comes across as a bit odd.

Im under the impression he asks for too much money

dealing with Adam Booth on a personal basis he is a very nice fella.

However, he likes to manage his fighters aswell as train them which can lead to issues when taking on new pros.

Yeah he always had power. But nobody on this forum ever said he was a puncher until his last few fights. And don't go sayin everyone always considered him a puncher. Cause there's no ****in way they did. The lad was wrote off at every secondd by 90% of poster. Then as soon as he knocks a few out, in classic boxing fan fashion, everyone jumps on the bandwagon. They just jump on the band wagon of the next big thing. Then Was never once considered a puncher till he met booth.

    Lee was never a puncher.

A Boxer-Puncher, yes. A full on puncher? No.
