I have either oat cookies, nuts, or a flapjack. A yogurt if I can be bothered going to the shops too.

Jeez I need to find some good flapjack. All I can find recently is the over processed stuff full of awful things. I love the stuff.

After a good work out I usually have a chocolate shake and some beef jerky or some raisins and nuts.

I tend to eat these straight after my workout then have a decent meal about 30/40 mins later, a jacket potatoe with cottage cheese or a chilli con carne.

Sure you can find em in Glas. Just ask the lady in ASDA or where ever where they are kept. Wonderful food.

    lol it happens.

RDJ and EL Puma both have good post-workout snacks. The smoothie is just a nutrient bomb and chocolate milk is supposed to have one of the best protein/carb/fat ratios for post-workout training. Bananas are always great for replacing the potassium lost during an intense workout.
