After Watching Kessler.....

After watching some Kessler fights,I am CONFIDENT without a shadow of a doubt Calzaghe will beat him,and beat him easy.

In fact,I am so confident I would like to officially make a month off bet with someone here who is just as confident in the overrated Kessler.....:yep

i'll be there. china_hand_joe will be the nutter who jumps in the ring and looks to extract himself some calzaghe dna, only to be dragged out kicking and screaming with no more than a handful of joe's hair.

 

I thought the Andrade fight was a showcase of Kessler's excellent jab and defense.

 

He does have a good jab,but he's methodical....Calzaghe will exploit his 1-2 straight up Euro style,and fight on the inside.

I have yet to see evidence of Kessler being able to fight on the inside - this is where Joe will be most of the fight,making Kessler uncomfortable.

So....One month bet?:yep

 

Hmm just one thought: How is it that Joe will get on the inside for most of the fight? Kessler is the most accurate puncher in the division, and the best Counterpuncher.

No matter how fast Calzaghe is, this means he is going to get tagged. Bad cocktail for Calzaghe to fight on the inside! Andrade tried the same to some extent, and was severly punished for it.

Andrade is a killer on the inside. Just ask Yusuf. Andrade said he tried to get to the body of Kessler. To no avail.

Markus Beyer had used most of his training camp, up to the fight to train his insidegame. He tried and failed. Manny Siaca is also very capable on the inside, but never went there. WHY don't they just do the easy thing, beat Mikkel on the inside.

They can't follow up on their gameplan, because Mikkel makes it look easy. The guy has lost less than a handful of RONDS in his whole life as pro.

Leroy! Please share your secret with the rest of us. How is Calzaghe going to get on the inside. I agree, can he get on the inside he raises his odds, but how??? Jump like a ****** and be shot down like a crash diving wing-shot pigeon?
