    And with Salmon trying to dodge bears and other predators, etc, Would probably make for a more interesting thread topic.

    Idk how this is a thread, but i hear that swimming is much better for improving stamina than running. Especially with bigger guys who easily hurt their knees or ankles.

    Klitschko Bros used swimming in training camp often. That's for sure help. Its simple to explain.
    You use muscle with force stop You like in slow motion but same You must work hard and You save Your knees and other.

    Swimming is a great exercise as you utilize virtually your entire body.
