    The week before the doomed Holyfield v Akinwande bout, both Henry and Ray mercer were diagnosed with Hepatitis.. Who was Ray mercer due to box on that particular card..?

    I remember being hyped up for this fight as i seen the comercial on the tv guide,i see holyfield then this guy towering above from behind. My dad was going to order it and then we seen the "THIS FIGHT HAS BEEN CANCELLED" bulletin on the bottom.:twisted:.... i was thinking man that probably would have been a good fight. But yeah idk who mercer was going to fight, but i believe christy martin was supposed to be on the card.
