How has he become the top man in a notorious dog eat dog industry. How do you see his business plan developing over the next few years?
He is the Don Corleone of boxing. This is meant as a compliment. The fighters love him because he looks after their interests. He is not interested in the limelight because he wants it on the boxers.
Haymon made his dough in the music and entertainment biz.He is not overly wealthy but has friends in high places-mostly black entertainers,who have invested in this scheme of his.He is losing a ton of money so far but it is not his money. The sponsers who advertise on the channels have not really bought into this series yet and his tv veiwership have been lukewarm at best.
