Alexander vs Brook

Well seeing as Devon Alexander has decided to move up in weight to 147, how about he fight Kell Brook in his first fight at that weight, seems fitting. I think Brook will stop the Barking Machine, what you think?

 

If Devon wants 4 defeats in a row then fine make it happen.

 

Thought he might fight Malignaggi?

he isn't big enough I think.

 

Alexander is much better and more proven than Brook. Some of you guys need to clue yourselves in to reality.

 

He's bigger than Brook

 

Maybe 3 in a row but the Kotelnyk fight was a tough one and a bad showing for Devon but he hardly lost that fight

 

Alexander lost against Kotelnik.

 

Alexander definately should have lost that, clear win for Andriy in my opinion.

 

Kotelnik dominated Alexander.

 

Alexander is hugely overrated by some people. He was never world class. He made his name from stopping Urango impressively but people ignored the fact he wasn't winning that fight easily. Aside from Urango, he has a win over shot Witter. There's really not much depth to his record and yet he was supposed to be a future great? I know Rafael was hyping him as the next Mayweather.

Ridiculous hype for an unproven, average fighter.

I think Brook would beat him. Alexander wastes his talents.

Alexander is still overrated. he's lost each of his last 3 fights. He had one decent win against Urango and been **** since. Brook would **** his world up. And I don't even think Brook is that good.

 

Brook's ****ing gash. Alexander's nothing special, but he's still make mincemeat out of a guy with as little defensive and boxing nous as Kell.

 

Alexander has proved nothing other than that hes an HBO hype job, he lost against Koltenik and the last fight he had he lost too and he quit against bradley. he throws lots of feather jabs and grunts and barks and expects to win.

 

Alexander is more proven but I still think Brook's better. Didn't you see the way he dethroned Lovemore Ndou?
