Alexander got a lucky home town decision... same as Sturm did... I had Macklin up by 2 rounds... but this is why im probably not a judge, think macklin deserved atleast a draw.

Mattysee deserved the victory in this one...

On paper that is correct, in reality he lost his lost three fights

He may need to change his nickname to Devon Alexander the little better than average

The first contest back after a defeat is always tough, plus Matthysse is a pretty good fighter. Probably outpointed Judah a couple of fights ago, knocked him down. All in all, a good display from Alexander.

Looked beforehand to be a close fight, i'd award the decision to Devon Alexander. He showed good battling qualities and no one has argued the fight wasn't close.

Boxing is littered with close decisions, split decisions etc. Not the worst verdict by a long shot.

    I agree with the TS...

Alexander should go up to WW and fight PBF after he beat that can Ortiz for P4P superiority. He would school that overrated b-side meth using bum Pacquiao, and got robbed against that brat Bradley.

Devon is da truth you haters! He's a gorilla he's a dawg :bbb
