wheres the proof of this?? and was it shouted in his face and broadcast on tv repeatedly? Was it during a tumultuous times where it could have been life or death?

It was in numerous papers at the time. Let's face it,times and people change. Both Ali and Tyson made a lot of mistakes as young men,but we loved them anyway. Ali has ceratinly changed, and going by his last interview,Tyson's started to grow up too.

i am not making a saint of ali. he (like every human being) had his good and bad in his caracter. but you shouldn't make something big out of an IQ test.. IQ.. tests are the greatest bull**** things there are..
if you take a person with absolutely no education. say a pygmee from the desert he would come out with an IQ very low does that mean the guy is dumb..?? i know a guy who didn't finish school and his IQ test alarming low at age 16.. today at age 39 he has 2 companys and over 40 people working for him..
so much for the IQ tests

I must read up on history where Irish and Italians were barred from entering restaurants, must give up their seats for whites on buses, were lynched for dating a white girl, were lynched generally :patsch

Are you ******ed? You just quoted my post and ignored all the points in it while making your own ignorant points while spelling 'bull****' incorrectly

How exactly is it hypocritical to first reject going to war to kill a people you have no argument with for an oppressor who sees you as sub-human and then taking a payday to box in an oppressive dictator's country? Its not the same thing you thick ****

IQ,,,,,,,,Intelligence Quiotent tests are used for general aptitude evaluation.
    Not 'street smarts',,,,

Whether Cassius Clay had an IQ of 78 or 140, would we really want him over in Vietnam.
Can you imagine humping it through the jungle, and trying to be quiet while, looking for Charlie, and you got this clown tagging along.

We all would have been killed.

There is no such thing as an unbiased measure of intelligence or interlect and all make the assumption of prior knowledge

    1. Its not hypocracy because it isn't the same thing, as explained in my prior post
    2. There is nothing wrong with being middle class, but Ali wasn't raised in an afluent environment and he was subject to the same racism every blk person in America experienced
    3. As for 'racism' why did you ignore this post, did it go over your head?

Do you really think he was aware of where his money was coming from? Doubt it. People constantly mix the myth of this "knowledgable" man with the one that couldnt pass his draft exam the first time around. People pin way too much on Ali. You sir are taking something for too out of context
