Lets stop arguing about who has a better resume, who beat who more impressively, whose the bigger draw nonsense.

Now the bottom line, (may's fans please convince me otherwise) how can one be considered p4p the best as May argues, when he has not cleaned out, let alone fought a top fighter from his own division. The dude fights at 147, just as the elite Mosley, Cotto, Clottey,P.Williams which are the top 4 fighters but he is yet face any of them. How do people conclude he is that great?

Now, I witnessed the great May a few years ago, but... Now? Does he lack the love for the sport? Is his arm fragile? Is he content with all he has accomplished? Is he scared of a defeat? Quite frankly I can care less, but the bottom line is, as of late, he has not done jack the be considered a current great.

Come on May supporters, convince me!

Turn that question around on Pacquaio, at 130 he didnt face Guzman, Barrios, Soto. And many had him losing to Marquez at 130 and 126

At 135 he didnt face Nate Campbell, Juan Diaz, Marquez, Casamayor, Guzman, Sotto.

When Mayweather moved to 147, he was accused of ducking Hatton and fought both former and current Undisputed Welterweight champs back to back before facing WBC 154lb champ and Linear 140lb champ who was also a former Welterweight champ.

hmm says... Pac could not face all of them cause he had trouble maintaining weight to stay in those divisions. It's on record.

you say Mayweather wont fight anybody in his own division but he only fought at 147 for 2 years. you act like hes been there forever. his last 4 fights have been the last 2 lineal champs at 147, the best guy at 154, and the best guy at 140. How is he not fighting the best???

Name those two lineal champs you mentioned. Baldomir? That warrants p4p status?

Judah and Baldmoir, and Mayweather was p4p before those fights. hey its not Mayweathers fault that Baldmoir is the lineal champ. its not Pacquiaos fault that hatton was lineal champ, you just got to go in there and handle buissness.

I see your point. That was 3 years ago. I don't want the dude gone, I just want good fights.

How cool does this sound, Mayweather vs. Cotto or Maywether vs. Mosley instead of Mayweather vs Marquez, and I'm Mexican! By the way I think May ko's Cotto late

Everyone get of Floyd's scrotum, he's not even had his comeback fight yet.

    Lets see what happens

If I recall correctly Mosley was offered a fight and declined
Cotto was offered a fight and Bob Arum declined sayin he was too green

How is that ducking. NOw if he refuses to fight them after he fights Marquez then I woul consider it duckin. U cant come back after a near 2 year lay-off and get in with the Mosleys, it jus aint smart

since when is welter weight HIS division? Did he say that? He's more of a natural Junior Welter these days and he started at 130 and that's where he rates highest. He's been fighting bigger guys for years now. There's such a double standard for Mayweather cause he comes accross as a dickhead. If he was a nice humble guy everyone would be singing his praises.

I agree with the below comment.

I think we need to wait and see on who he intends to fight before bashing him into the ground.
