Look, Khan made it clear ages ago that he's going to be observing fast in the month of Ramadan (summer this year) like every year and he's also getting married in May. So because of his commitments he only gets to fight twice this year. He's already fought 3/4 of the guys in the tourney and chased Garcia and Peterson up for a rematch which they both refused like many others SO he got Diaz instead. Point about Berto is he was guilty of taking peds illegally and didnt challenge it as he knew he was. Peterson proved his circumstances are mitigating and had prior doctors advice.
