OK, I said the doc stopped the fight but in actual fact Team Limond were strongly advised to pull him out by the doctor for a suspected broken jaw. Willie wanted to go on. (of course he did he was on the verge of upsetting the Khan applecart) When a doctor tells you your Jaw is busted you believe him and dont take silly risks (there was no snapped nose but there was some damage to the eardrum

I've noticed it's only Scottish idiots who keep rambling on about the 13 sec count Khan had against Limond....

Face it.... Limond got twatted and was not good enough when it came to it....yes, he was the smaller guy....but tought ****....your man lost...Accept it like the sorry losers you are....

PS. Aplogies to other scots who don't make an issue of the Limmond fight...

I'm not making an issue out of what was damaged i.e. his eardrum or jaw or both and we will never know for fact. What I am saying is that the round before the fight was stopped Limond was knocked down, was bloodied up and was being battered post to post. The tide of the fight had completely reversed from what it was a round ago. Had the fight continued he might have seriously hurt himself so Limond did the smart thing and quit when he went back to the corner. The doctor approached him after the fight was over he had no say in the stoppage.

    The rule says its a refferee's count..fact!

Not a clocks, or anyone watching the fight..fact.

Most counts are longer than 10seconds, if you want
    to get real technical.

Because it's the refferee's count...!!!! Not a ****ing digital timer.

Amir Khan watched the refferee's count "The rules", got up and then proceeded.

"To beat up, and then twated/abused Willie Limond"

    "****ed him up........thats what happened"

    Has he even fought since...?"

If that was twated/abuse of Limmond then what Prescott did must be on the scale of genocide in your books.

Who cares, Limmond gave his best and was the first in the pro ranks to seriously expose Khan. Then along came Prescott and made Khans legs turn to peanutbutter jelly with that jab.

Willie Limond did give his best shot, but at the end of the day. He was not on Amir Khan's skill level, or speed level.

It was like putting a Bin Man up against a Lawyer in court......only gonna be one winner. "Amir Khan"

Willie Limond landed afew power punches, that is all he did. Amir Khan did allot worst to Willie Limond, and if people think Willie Limond nearly beat him...which he did not.

    "Where is the rematch"

I believe it would be a good first fight back for Amir Khan.

In 5 years time, we will still be talking about Amir Khan. We won't be talking about Willie Limond.

"And he will be earning more money still than the average Bin Man"
