The best ones are the guys that get something completely wrong, and then claim that they knew that such and such was a hype job or that this is exactly what they predicted in the first place.

For example, Williams vs Quintana because did anyone have any idea that Paul Williams wasn't prepared to handle that kind of movement?

After Quintana won, all these great analyst make threads about how they knew the result before it happened then they make a thread about sucking eachother's dicks, called, "rate yourself as an analyst."

It makes you wonder why the **** there is an ESB, doesn't it?

The ONLY people who should be allowed to discuss boxing are ex-world champions and people who can see into the future.

I just want people to admit when they're wrong instead of making a thread about how they're never wrong.

Yep. It also annoys when someone predicts a result, it ends fairly close and they cry robbery for months on end to save face. What's the point? I imagine about 90% of the people who thought Hopkins beat Calzaghe picked Hopkins to win. They are either delusional or will not accept that they are wrong.

How about Suzie's effort at a thread in the hour after the fight. "I knew Hopkins would beat Calzaghe."

That was one of 5 fights this year I got wrong.

I knew Paul Williams was an overrated sack of shite, I just didn't think he was quite that bad, nor Quintana that good

dude, alot of people expected quintant to win. I remeber starting a thread (which I brought back from the dead after carlos won) in which I predicted a Quintana win. And you know what? ALOT of Esb'rs agreed with me.

I hate when people do that.

i also hate when someone jumps bandwagons after their boy lost, they go find someone else to beat the person they had predictd against.

I don't know of many who said this after the Quintana/Williams fight aside from Amsterdam, who in fact did call the fight to be about 50/50, and had always said Williams was overrated. Myself, Brooklyn, and others admitted to being completely wrong about Williams.

Yeah, I was picking him over everybody in the division except Cotto (and that includes Mayweather). Definitely wrong about Williams; very vulnerable to a counterpuncher with good movement or a strong/technical pressure fighter.

One: Only one person can make a thread. So "They" didn't do anything, at least not the "they" you are referring to.

Two: You indict ANY community threads that breed compliments or respect towards other posters. Seems you think no one is worthy of praise for their contributions here.

Three: Very few called that upset, and very few came out and said they knew it all along. Alot of people called Williams a hype job after that loss, but they do that about EVERY fighter. The few who said they called it all along are very vocal, but there are certainly not alot of them. I for one was dead wrong on that fight, and openly admitted to it.

Four: You generalize way too much.
