Ward fight would be good one but Calzaghe would beat Ward because he is more adaptable, higher ring IQ and faster And if it was Joe without the brittle hand problems,he would stop ward He had to adapt his style after sustaining the hand problems makes his record even more impressive. Froch is made for ward would win again, Froch just looked lost in the Ward fight too sluggish he was picked off at will Kessler is too predictable and easy to hit for ward as good as I still rate Kessler as, Ward is too clever a fighter and yes I do mean the dirty tactics he gets away with the headbutts etc he does it discretely RJJ I think prime Roy beats ward because his speed was something else, and he was awkward to hit his reflexes sublime
Ward embarrasses Carl every single time. Same with Kessler. The straight-line, robot Brit/Euro style is custom-made for Ward. Calzaghe would be a much tougher fight, as Calzaghe didn't fight in any discernible style. Sometimes he looked more American than anything else. That's a pick-em fight. I'd go with Calzaghe on workrate, but Ward is a classic spoiler, so who knows. RJJ was unique. But he generally fought garbage, so it's very difficult to say how he would have done against someone as fundamentally sound as Ward.
Calzaghe beats Ward on output. Ward beats Kessler regardless of venue (using a different method to the one seen in the US) Ward beats Froch every time, as Froch is one of my fav fighters that one is painful to say. Jones JR beats Ward, RJJ prime was amazing.
