i worry about him too, he looked like he was "not there" last night to me, he should take a year out and rest, just keep fit maybe see how he is then, if not retire,

I just couldn't believe how calm Crolla looked. For a 24 year old stepping up in weight, awesome.

Style-wise he reminded me a bit of Brandon Rios.

I thought crolla looked very good considering his age, stepping up in weight, underdog and taking the fight on short notice. however, am i the only one who thought he was taking too many shots, he took them well, but it seemed that with a bit more headmovement to go with his solid defence he wouldve had an easier nights work.

I thought his defence was fine tbh. He was taking most of Watson's shots on his gloves.

He looked quality last night, guessing Rees will be next, must have a chance based on last nights performance. After that should be European title fight. (I'm presuming if Murray beats Mitchell then he will vacate for a world title shot)

I think he should move back down to super featerweight, take on Walsh then look to fight Sykes

I didnt make myself clear i thought his defence was very good and there was no time when you really thought he was in any danger just it seemed like he took unnecessary shots in the later half of the fight, maybe that was more due to watson stepping up a gear, just something i noticed.

think the whole performance goes to show everything that joe gallagher has been saying that if you keep fit and ready all the time you get oppurtunities that other people who are as dedicated can get/do anything with.

Not easy to take, two heavy defeats in a row. Losing after going into the trenches twice to be stopped in the late rounds, must be damaging. We might not see him again!

Crolla is going to get massacred as soon as he steps up the opposition.

think you need to quantify that statement. are you saying he'll get massacred if he steps up to european level or if he faces the best at domestic level? :huh
