Britain's hottest prospect Anthony Joshua returns next month in Cardiff against Dorian Darch. The Following month Joshua is scheduled to fight again, but this time in Glasgow against a opponent still TBA.

How many times would you have him out this year? Who would you have him face and would you take it slow with him or would you fast track the Big Man into some sort of title (Domestic,European,Intercontinental) by the end of 2014?

I think he's got to have at least 5 fights or more maybe so he's at 10 in total this year and I'd be aiming for a British title level get him in with the McDermott, Towers, Skelton etc.

Well it certainly would be fast tracking him since he's only boxed 5 rounds...

So you would hold him back and take it slow with him then, ok.

stick him in with some big durable euro's and see how he gets on, theres nothing worse than a load of no hopers getting blasted out in the first 2 rounds, he'll learn bugger all.

Yeah i agree with that. I noticed Hearn is matching Joshua with guys that Hughie Fury has fought in the Lithuanian and Dorian Darch and Joshua was also meant to be fighting Hector Avilla who fought Chisora last year. So would you put Joshua in with Chisora's last opponent Ondrej Pala in about July/September?

Hearn has been talking of him fighting both the fury's and chisora by the end of the year, personally I don't think he would be nowhere near ready for Tyson fury by then, I think they should be careful. Haven't seen how he reacts to a big shot yet, I thought david price was going to be big but it soon became apparent he can't take a punch, Joshua might be the same. Nice and steady don't see the point in rushing him

Dorian Darch. Sounds like the pimple faced nerd with muscular dystrophy in highschool who everyone on the fotball team beat up on in recess.

Talk of Fury and Chisora is stupid no way would he be ready in 2014. He has had 5 rounds he needs someone durable i think a guy like Sprott or McDermott is perfect for him or a tough European who can give him rounds. We all saw what happened to Price blased everybody out fought nobodies and then a big step up to fight world level Thompson and got destroyed. I have no doubt if Hearn does the same with Joshua and then sticks him in with Fury or Chisora without being tested at all he would get beat up and damaged and that could be very damaging to his whole career.

Still only 24 no need to rush him, remember David Price?

After Darch someone who would take him 8 rounders - journeyman spoiler - Zack Page type

    Then Southern Area - Lewison

1st Defence - Larry or Dallas

Then English by End of year.

    British start 2015

He would rag doll Hughie Fury about the ring if they fought tomorrow.

I'd throw him into a British title fight by the summer.

Olympic Champions shouldn't be fighting for Area titles! Leave titles like that for people who will never get beyond that level.
