I like the fight, but what happened to Arreola vs Wlad in November? I'd rather see Arreola-Wlad than a rematch with Vitali.

Who knows if Vitali will defend against the next mandatory, maybe'll retire before that. I can already imagine the outrage "Vitali is ducking Stiverne/Arreola!!! He's a disgrace!!"
I have a sneaky feeling the WBC is putting this fight in place because they expect Chris to win and they expect Vitali to retire, so they can beef it up to be for the vacant belt. :think
Vitali should retire after the Charr fight and let them fight for the vacant title. The winner will be lauded as a great American champion and throwback to the pre-Klitschko days of heavyweight boxing. Eventually a huge unification will happen and Wlad will make it look like a sparring session, before American boxing fans once again claim boxing is dead

But didn't Stiverne already win a WBC eliminator? Unless I'm losing it, that sounds like what the WBC did to Pavlik when he was trying to get the Taylor fight. Pav beat Zertuche in an official eliminator, then they was like "oh well if you really want to fight Taylor then you also have to beat Miranda too". Not that Vit would t straight murder Bermain, just sayin I guess.
