Is the Julio fight starting or am i way behind?

 

I remember when they were hyping Joel Julio as the next Trinidad.

 

Decent undercard bout this...I have the fight even but Julio looks a bit fresher.....attacking Angulos body will pay dividends for Julio in this fight, I agree with his trainer

 

JJ started nicely but doesn't look like he can pull a Cintron. Dog is catching up quick here.

 

Am I making this up or in one of Julio's recent fights he couldn't take body shots?

 

Was going to put a bet on this, but the Betfair betting is sadly closed.

 

Apparently Angulo looked like death at the weigh in and I seem to remember him not looking to great in the later rounds in his fight with Cintron.....If Julio can keep some gas for the later rounds he could be in with a real shot at an upset.

I like Angulo. Sure, not really skilled or anything but the guy comes to fight like nothing. Incredible strength and toughness.

 

Good round....these 2 are making for a nice fight, styles meshing well.

Angulo taking control of the middle rounds....he's 2 up on my scorecard now

 

Angulo might be tight at the weight but..this must be tiring Julio. It's really hard to move like this for 12.

 

Julio was finding a bit of success with his quick left but it seems his power at this weight at the top level is not great....His shots are having little effect on Angulo at this stage....I reckon Julio is slightly too small for this weight.

He's still in with a chance though
