My apologies to Chris Arreola for my remarks about his emotional post fight interview. I just watched the fight again on HBO and didn't realize his young daughter was in the audience. I'm sure that had a lot to do with his emotions. I would think having your young daughter at ringside would be a distraction. Arreola was clearly outboxed but kept pressing and kept coming. Nothing to ashamed of. Not many if any can handle Vitali right now.

Vitali as usual was a class act in praising Arreola's efforts after the fight.
I'm sure Chris will be back :good

Arreola did not protest the fight being stopped. He had succumbed and knew he was beaten. He needs to blame himself for not even being able to land anything meaningful on a 38 yr old, legless Vitali last night. VK was slower and looked more beatable than I have ever seen him in this fight.

No excuses -- Cris lost this fight in the gym. Hope he learns from it because he had so much ****ing potential. He's got intangibles you cannot teach a fighter. He just won't push himself hard enough in training to pay dividends in the ring.

With all respect to Chris... [He showed last night he's tougher than I'll ever be]

BUT Somehow I cant see I "real" Mexican (ie. born, bred, and living in Mexico) crying like a baby to that extent after a fight... Unless maybe he won, and they were tears of joy.

I don't know? Maybe its just me... A few tears OK... but the guy really went over the top there! lol

Ah well, **** it, I hope he gets in ****ing shape and comes the **** back and wins the ****ing title someday. lol

    Buena Suerte Amigo.

Vitali is a quick fighter, had to hit, very strong, hits very hard. Arreola was in shape or he could never have taken so much punishment. If the fight had not been stopped, Arreola would have gone down. Arreola will become a champion one day. Vitali has great staimina, great skills.

Arreola is a cry baby, end of story. He ain't that good, he never was good. He is just a little girl in a fat tatooed body.

Real fighters don't cry like little girls. :good

Everybody is really patting CA on the back which is nice to see, but I raised my eyebrow here and there when he would comment that he was a "fat ****" or whatever, and talk about being a "loser" at the post fight press conference. The guy is feeling majorly sorry for himself to some degree. Not something I could have gotten away with in the house I grew up in. My own mother would have checked me properly.. Anyway..

Hey he got emotional,so what! you have probably cried like that for something not as important as this was to chris. I think hes still good and has got alot of heart that showed during the fight and after. I suppose you are probably a tougher guy than Arreola and can kick his ass ha:roll:
