If he wants to refer to the chin-ky eyed people only, then better mention East Asian Heavyweights. These will be the people of Japan, China, North Korea, South Korea and Mongolia. Kazakhstan is part of Asia hence her citizens are also considered Asians.
Chinese boxers won medals in the last Olympics at Light Heavyweight and Super Heavyweight so it will probably start to happen at pro level eventually. Cant see it happening at too many other Far Eastern countries though. China is genetically more diverse than, for example, Japan or Phillipines.

yeah there was a chinese superheavyweight and i thought he looked pretty skilled from what i saw during the olympics. hopefully he'll turn pro and make some noise

Some mentioned Ruslan being Asian, he clearly doesn't look it, but a lot of Russian/Eastern Euros who were born in areas bordering Asia seem to have more of the Asian features, like Kostya Tszyu, etc...
