The reality is the only reason why you rate Vanes is because he's at JMW, if he were at MW, you'd be doing threads talking about what a tin can he is because he lost to Andrade, Lara, and got dropped by and should have lost to a "bum" like Ouma. Not to mention looking thoroughly average against Gutierrez and Lozano. As far as Andrade goes, at least Vanes had the guts to stand in the pocket with Willie and go to war, he didn't constantly hold and run like Boo Boo did.
Had Vanes been properly awarded the close rds vs Andrade and Lara, Canelo would be chasing Vanes, and Mayweather might have an L on his record. I didn't agree with Dougie's article, but people on here really need to lay off using that word so much. I have never seen a word get so ridiculously overused in such a small space of time. It's like when a kid discovers a new word and try's to get it into every sentence they speak or write.
Vanes is better than guys like Rosado and Khomitsky, he's a level above them IMO. So Rosado, Khomitsky would be C class guys, Vanes is B class.
