Surely thats partly because its true? I've always seen Hatton as a limited (if not overhyped, overexposed for his talents) fighter, so if I'm talking about him vs pacman I'm going to mention that. Having said that I give him a fair chance being the first career long, weight-cutting 140lber Pac has faced (excluding the apparently shot Oscar).
Everyone entitled to their opinions, I have mine on Pacs record at weights above 130 lbs and how good an indicator it is where Hatton is concerned but I don't make ridiculous claims about Pac just because he's fighting Hatton next. Hatton may well be limited in some respects but he's also good at playing to his strengths and can usually force his will on his opponent and make a fight his kind of fight. I just find it weird that people spend the time pulling down a fighter just because he's fighting their favourite boxer next. I'd rather discuss the fight.
