All the best to him, Ridiculed by many but for me i have a lot of respect for what he achieved and where he came from and his constant although delusional belief that he could win a world title late into career. In a way it was inspiring to see someone never give up on there dreams. He just didn't have what it took but he tried. People can say he was bottleless but at end of the day he fought some good fighters so he has my respect for getting in there and trying. The pro game just wasn't for him but still managed to win a few titles along the way.
I'm forever a fan of his spirit and determination. I wish him the very best in all his future endeavours.

No more tilting at windmills, then. There are plenty of poor points in Audley's career. But I'll mention the good ones. Watching him winning the gold medal, of course. The decent slug with Bonin. The second Williams fight. The punch that took out Sprott in their second fight. For those things, thanks Audley. Have a good retirement.
I have to respect anyone that takes all that ridicule, some undeserved, and keeps going until the bitter end. British and European Champion, & Olympic Gold Medalist, financial security - the man has achieved more than 99.9% of his critics could dream of. Good luck to him, I say.
I get his spirit and determination and how those speeches he gives can motivate people, but from a purely boxing stand point, the majority of his career is all talk. He could be viewed as inspirational, or completely full of **** and still getting paid for it. Congrats on your achievements in the olympics and the Sprott ko, but the for rest of it, you could be called a conman What an enigma
