This guy would have to be one of the most hyped up fighters goin round today he aint beat nobody and now what im hearin is his odds on to beat cotto http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/images/smilies/ummm.gif cotto's last fight he gave the best fighter on the planet a good fight he lost but put up a awesome job i find it hard to believe that people are picking this guy http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif

WHATS YOUR THOUGHTS ON AUSTIN AND HIS CHANCES OF BEATING COTTO?

I think Cotto will be to strong for him, I like Cotto by comfortable decision, that is ofcourse depending on Trouts chin I have not seen him take a decent shot before so he may get knocked out by Cotto.
To be fair to Trout I have only seen him fight twice, once in a horrible mismatch with Loproto who he stuggled to put away. The other was against Delvin Rodriguez in a very average fight, but in saying that Trout did win easily.

I think Cotto takes this easily IMO but good on Trout I hope he wins.

Trout hasnt beaten anyone on half of Cotto's level and is going to get badly owned

I expect Cotto to win this fight also...possibly stop Trout late.
Interesting to see how Trout goes in front of by far the biggest & most hostile crowd he has ever fought in front of.

i don't think austin trout is hyped up at all? He is seen as a worthy belt holder looking to take on the best in the division, although i think cotto will defeat him austin seems like a really likeable guy with a bright future.

But who is hyping him? from what ive seen of him and people opinions id say his "hype" is just right. Is this some form of butthurt mundine fan semantics?

I think Cotto wins quite easily but HEY!!! At least Trout is stepping up and giving it a go instead of just talking about fighting the big boys.

PS - welcome back luds :hi:

check all the websites they say cotto cuts easy dont have power at 154 and clearly wont outbox trout

i would never of thought beating frank loporto delvin rodriguez and david lopez qualifies him to put a beat down on cotto a top ten pound 4 pound fighter come on mate his a dud lol

How do you reckon Mundine would go against Cotto?
