The bolded is a great point, however I don't think we should be able to prevent them from destroying themselves and possibly their children. By the way, can women who are pregnant participate in a fight? Is there a cutoff?

I think it should be banned, however I have seen a female smack an ABA finalist around the ring for 4 rounds, she was a bit heavier/taller but the bloke was a multiple ABA finalist & was boxing for England at the time.
It is not your place to tell somebody else what sports they should or should not engage in. Every woman who has climbed Mount Everest has accepted a 1 in six risk that she will die in the attempt, but nobody is suggesting that we ban them from doing that!

I don't like watching it, so I don't, but I like the fact that myself and others have that choice. Too many things are banned already simply because some people don't like them.
