Barker to win on points. Tough tough fight against Macklin if that's next.

Think Barker is pretty steady, solid skills and temperment. Against a fired up Macklin like he was against Moore or Elcock he's going to have to dig deep to not get outworked, if Macklin isn't up to that level Barker outpoints him.

Looking forward to this fight. I like Barker and this is another decent step up fight and one he could lose.

I'm looking forward to seeing Barker fight again. It's been a while.

I think he takes a fairly comfortable decision against McDermott then he can go on to the big fight with Macklin. That will be a good fight.

not so sure, Elcock was pretty shot. Think Barker has enough movement and skill to get past Macklin. Macklin is a banger but hes not got massive power at 160 and isnt all that skilled.

Barker to win late on, then lose to Macklin.

That is a fair point Chud... It will be a great fight though.... Maybe Macklin could be the victim or his own aggresion? Or that he may go out and take the fight to Barker and bang him out and go for it late on.... I will stick with Macklin :bbb

I want to see Barker keep his 0 so him and Macklin can have a big showdown on ITV. That sort of fight helps domestic boxing. I always want to see the British and Commonwealth champs have a ruck. Then it is straight onto the European for the winner!
