How do yall feel about the scoring of the 3 fights? I can agree with Marco winning 2 of them but I think they got the 1st 2 fights wrong. I think Barrera cleary won the 1st one but I also thought Morales kicked his ass in the 2nd one. The third one was really close but I can't complain about Barrera getting the nod even though I was cheering for Morales.

I agree, the judges scoring in the first fight was ****, Barrera clearly won that one, the second fight was Morales', and the third Barrera's, best trilogy I have seen, could watch it everyday no problem:happy

I had all three Barrera victories but I could score the second one a draw or give a few swing rounds to Morales because it seemed the first six rounds were five to one for Morales and the last six were mostly Barrera. So the second was the closest and I would probably score it differently if I was in the mood for body shots and close range or for boxing jabs and uppercuts.

Great, great fights, especially one and three. My favorite of all time. I always rooted against Morales against Barrera and Pac until the third Pac fight, when I had a change of heart and found myself cheering for Morales in the crowd. Definitely my three favorite fighters of all time. All three of them are awesome.

You very rarely see fighter with their skill level just slug it out like that. It was some classic fights and it adds a new twist when you know they genuinely dislike each other.

The 1st fight Morales was the favourite and people thought he was gonna walk thru MAB. The fight was close but I bet people were more sympathetic to MAB as he fought well beyond expectation. Then many people (including myself) tend to think he won.

The 2nd fight, I thought, the judges compensated MAB for the 1st fight which many thought he won. This fight was not as close as the 1st because I thought Morales won.

The 3rd fight was close and either man could have won. I had it a draw.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I scored all 3 fights narrowly for Barrera.

The first fight 115-113, the rematch 115-114, and the 3rd fight 116-113.

I could see how you would say that but of course I disagree.

First- I thought Barrera edged it, but it was too close to call robbery.
Second- I thought Morales edged it, but again it was too close to say it was robbery.
Third- I thought Barrera won the fight fairly clearly.

On a side note, it was hilarious how Foreman said in the rematch, "the only reason they had a rematch is because Larry Merchant said they should."

Larry: You think I brought 10,000 fans here?

    George: Yes, you did!
