Battling Siki

    Did he just land a lucky punch on Carpentier or what? He never did win another fight of much signifigance after that.

    I wouldnt call it a lucky punch per se but he certainly got a soft touch in Carpentier and was lucky to get a Carpentier who thought the entire event was in the bag for him. That being said he was completely robbed against McTigue (who also wasnt very good). That being said, beyond being rugged, strong, and having a good punch, he wasnt anything to write home about.

    True K, but what other fighter strolled through the streets of Paris, with a pet lion on a leash.That counts for something...
