    Two nights...Weds 21st BBC Five Live 9:30-10:30pm.
    Carl Froch and Jason Booth - the Nottingham Boys.
    This will be me and Mick Costello.
    Thurs 22nd BBC London 94.9 9-10pm.
    This will be James Tillis on Tyson, Bruno and a few others.
    Paul Smith on his weight and the charity football.
    Graham Earl on his career and his role as sweeper.
    The WBC night of Champions: I take a look.
    Adam Booth on the last word about the '50-50'.


    Both will be quality shows.

    says in the ever relyable Sun that the froch fight will be on sky. Please not PPV unless they put a decent undercard on

    Both shows are live - texts and calls and emails are wanted for tomorrow's show.
    The Adam Booth interview will be recorded.
    There will be a break for the Boxing Hour on BBC London during August.
    Next week's show will be devoted to summer reading - Bob Mee, George Kimball, Candace Taft and Thomas Hauser on their new books.
