I was about to say, the hype seems rather light on this one. Haven't seen much of anything on SSN (and they are THE key to garnering wider interest). Would have thought they'd want to keep the momentum going after the boom in interest around Froch-Groves but we're a few days from the Bellew fight now and still no ads, features or interviews so far as I can see. I'd guess things'll ramp up a bit from Ringside onwards, but that's leaving it a little late.
A hard fight, but still hoping Bellew pulls it off, adding another world champion to the Hearn stable.
Ha agree with this. Fight will be over the first time Stevenson connects with the first bomb which i don't think will take him that long to.
I totally agree,Bellew will be seperated from his senses within a minute, and then we will have to suffer his excuse about how the fight came too soon for him, another scouse hype job about to be found out.
I am going to put an accumulator on this weekend. Stevenson KO, Kovalev KO, Chisora win, Leimex win (might change those 2 to by KO after watching their opponents), and Buglioni win. Should get at least evens for putting that on which to me is pretty much a formality.
Well HBO coverage starts at 10.15pm which is 3.15am UK time but they may start by showing the Pac-Rios PPV rerun first...if not then Kovalev vs Sillakh will start 3.30am and depending on how long that goes expect Stevenson vs Bellew to be on from around 4am onwards.
