    I actually watched the full fight on tv the other day it was on KOTV classics and am amazed at why the ref didn't actually step in sooner. Both men took tremendous punishment from eachother

    What eventually happened probably could of been caught by doctors if McClellan didn't have to linger in there so long after the multiple knockdowns.

    Without a over anxious ref becoming constantly involved I think he would of put Benn away.

    it was a bad performance from the ref that night, although he let the fans watch a very tragic all time great fight unfold.
