Back in '86, Hagler tactically destroyed Mugabi...... Hagler was a true pro... Hagler got Mugabi drunk before he stole his wallet in round 11... Hagler showed his grit and seasoning in that epic...

"Hagler-Mugabi" and "Hagler-Hearns" rate up there in the ATG 160 pound title fights since the late 19th century... NO **** THERE!

Regardless of the tragic ending, "Benn-McClellan" of 1995 is more than likely the greatest 168 pound title fight of all-time...

    Runner up: "Leonard-Hearns 2" of 1989...

"Leonard-Lalonde" of '88 was also damn good, too....

Another tragic fight in Eubank-Watson 2 is up there Bill. Eubank-Benn 2 is good but not as good as the first

I expected a lot from "Jones-Toney" of 1994, but was disappointed after 12 lackluster rds by a drained Toney... Jones boxed well, but was a little too safe against a limp Toney.... UGH!

Even though Tommy Hearns waged war with James Kinchen at 168 pounds in 1988, it was only for a United States title belt... STILL! It was a goodie.....
