    should benny leonard of lost his tittle to charlie white

    and was white the best brit not to win a world tittle

    White knocked Leonard out of the ring in the 5th. However I don't know much more about their fight other than Leonard knocked White down 5 times in the 9th round to win.
    If knocking your opoent out of the ring = victory than Fripo would have beaten Dempsy.
    I think the best never to win a world tittle was Lew Tendler or Sam Langford.

    what i read was that leonards brother pushed benny back into the ring so leonard should of lost by DQ but leonard regained his feet at the count of nine ,so there is the chance leonard would not of made the count

    If that's what happened, then technically YES it's against the rules, and Leonard should forefeit the match and lose his title.
