If you count kickboxing too, then Vitali Klitschko probably.

Who do you consider to have been the "real" champions of the weight classes Manny held belts in?

    Read what I said again.
He is not the world champion right now, therefore the premise of the thread is wrong.

Well, I would imagine going up, uh, what was it again...? Oh yeah, eight weight classes might have some sort of contributing factor to that statistic.

Technically Canelo won the vacant WBC Silver 154-lb Title 8 days before he turned 20, which was essentially an interim version of the World Title. But he didn't become a Full Title Holder till he beat Hatton the next year. Pacquiao won his 1st World Title a mere 13 days before he turned 20. So you can say he won a World Title as a Teen, but BARELY, by less than 2 weeks lol.

Margarito had an iron chin just cause he was koed by a big puncher like Mosley after taking a ton of flush shots from him means he has a bad chin is that what you think? By that logic everyone who gets stopped has a bad chin hell Pac was koed twice early in his career by your logic its a miracle he accomplished what he did he should have been koed by everyone he fought after that.
