What is the best and hardest groundwork you have ever done? be honest now. For me I remember a drill that was something like this: Burpees 1 min sit-ups 1 min bend knees 1 min push-ups 1 min then everything for 45 sec then 30 sec and finally 15 sec and no rest between. It took 10 minutes and it was very hard. I just started to use it on my boxers and they are almost dead afterwords. Obvious they will get use to it, but then it´s just to change some of the exercises. So back to my question: What is the best and hardest groundwork you have ever done? All the best The Predator
