Who is the best conditioned boxer ever? I'd say its Rocky Marciano, the guy was an animal and monk.

I like to say SRR ..I mean the rds he fought and the number of fights

Joe Fraizer was in great shape as well ..Here is a quote from his book
    The dude love to run

    Box like the Pros "
To start, he says to go out for 15 minutes, to jog, then walk, whatever you are able. Do it 5 or 6 days a week and build yourself up. When you can jog for 15 minutes bump the time up to 20 or 25, jog the 15, then wlak/jog the rest. Great quote; Great fighters don't have to be great runners.
Don't worry about running fast, you're in it for the long haul. Build to where you run 3 or 3 and 1/2 miles without stopping, in 30 -35 minutes. he suggests running in work boots.
That's it, beyong him mentioning how much he loved to run hills. The bottom of page 38 and all of page 39 of the book.
